Two brothers make their mark in motocross on American soil
Lucas Coenen finished second overall in the premier class, while his brother Sacha placed fourth in the 250cc category.

The Coenen brothers made a strong impression in their debut appearances in the American motocross championship. In the premier class, Lucas Coenen climbed to second place overall after two solid races, finishing in the same position each time. A standout performance against the Lawrence brothers, who are considered benchmarks on the circuit. “My dream has become reality,” he said, praising the level of competition compared with races in Europe, where he has recently dominated, notably at the German Grand Prix.
Sacha Coenen also impressed in the 250cc category. Despite crashing in the first race, the Belgian bounced back by winning the second heat, securing fourth place overall. “It gives me confidence going forward,” he said.
Competing in three rounds in the United States, the two Belgian riders were quick to make a name for themselves on the American scene.
