PHOTO CONTEST REGULATIONS

What is the theme?

The theme of this third edition is Surrealist Belgium. Interested parties are free to send us their own interpretation of Belgium in one snapshot. This could be taken within our beautiful country or from abroad: the choice is yours, as long as the Belgian dimension is represented in a surrealist, attractive, and positive light.

Ambiance, the black-yellow-red colours, gastronomy, architecture, folklore, cultural heritage, fashion. All with a little surrealist touch... Anything goes!

Who is organising the contest?

The contest is organised by FPS Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation (Rue des Petits Carmes 15, 1000 Brussels - referred to hereafter as "Foreign Affairs"), more specifically by the Foreign Affairs Press and Communication Directorate.

The 20 best photos will also be presented to the public on Facebook. The photo that receives the most "Likes" will win the public prize.

The winners will be announced at the end of September 2020.
