The Ath (province of Hainaut) native one of the co-founders of Boo Coffee Roasters, situated along the canal in the Brussels municipality of Anderlecht. The ambitious Walloon has been roasting for three years and wanted to challenge himself by entering the three-day World of Coffee competition. He is the first Belgian to win such a major title in the roasting world.
