Woofstock: Brussels lets the dogs out
A very different kind of festival is seeing the light of day later this month in Brussels: Woofstock.

They say every dog has its day. The trusty four-legged companions who roam the city streets with their masters every day will be put on a pedestal – dare we say: even more so than usual?
Yoga, massage, photography workshops, all the things that humans might want to gift themselves or each other are on offer for man’s greatest friend. There’s even a doggy bar for pups needing a paws from all the excitement.
Did you know that Brussels counts more than 88,000 dogs, making them almost four times more popular than cats? Judging by that figure, you could say they’re definitely barking up the right tree.
We’re curious how many dog owners have Belgian Shepherds, a Malinois for example. They’re officially the most intelligent dog breed, you know, backed by science.
