The year's best app is Belgian
The Belgian online international connection application, Ablo, is at the top of the Google rankings.
Google has revealed its rankings for the best applications, as it does every year. This year it is a Belgian app, Ablo, which has finished at the top of the list of the best applications, as selected by Google. The Massive Media Group which created this application is based in Belgium, more specifically in Ghent.
The friendship app allows people to enjoy light-hearted conversations with people chosen randomly from anywhere in the world. Interactions take place without too many problems, as there is no language barrier. The application translates the text instantly. This makes it an interesting tool for those wanting to discover new cultures and make new friends.
As well as ranking its best applications, Google also revealed the most popular series, films, e-books and audiobooks. The company also announced the creation of two categories of winners: a Users' Choice for the best application, as well as a selection by the company itself. The Users' Choice Best App was Video Editor-Glitch Video Effects.
