23/05/2016

Vlerick Business School came top of the Financial Times for Executive Education 2016 rankings for the fifth year in a row. It remains number 1 in the Benelux.

The latest Financial Times Executive Education rankings confirm Vlerick Business School as an excellent choice for manager and entrepreneur training programmes. Vlerick remains the leading management training supplier in the Benelux countries, a distinction it has held for the last five years. Vlerick has also made significant progress in the global rankings, jumping five places to 29th, strengthening its position among the best schools in an extremely competitive field. Vlerick has also moved up two places in the European rankings, to 16th place.

According to its Director Patrick De Greve, Vlerick School has advanced in the rankings thanks to years of hard work to develop the types of programme that make a real difference to managers and entrepreneurs.

The Financial Times Executive Education rankings consider both open programmes (4 to 20 days of programmes for managers and entrepreneurs) and customised programmes (internal training programs aimed at specific groups within an organisation).

Last year, 8,534 entrepreneurs and managers completed a programme at Vlerick Business School and 3,544 participants chose one of the 81 open programmes. Vlerick has also created 138 specialised programmes for 4,990 participants from local and international businesses.
