Every year, the American magazine Forbes produces the 30 Under 30 rankings. The aim is to celebrate young leaders, under the age of 30, who are making a significant impact on the world. Among the 300 European winners, seven Belgians are featured in this year's ranking. Founded in 2011, Forbes is now an internationally recognised publication.

Marie Adam-Leenaerdt, a fashion designer from Brussels. Once a student at the prestigious La Cambre school in Brussels, she went on to work for several famous fashion houses. Today, she owns her own clothing brand, which bears her name, and has enjoyed a string of successes.

Thomas Guenter, founder of Finhouse. He started out by creating videos explaining finance in a very general way, and in very simple terms. His videos earned him a lot of success, as he is now the head of a prestigious consulting firm, a dedicated speaker and has even written his first book. His positive impact on financial education in Belgium was greatly appreciated by the jury.

Simon Wijckmans, the founder of C/side since 2024, offers management services to avoid any risk of piracy within a company, using artificial intelligence. The members of the jury highlighted the ambitious and innovative nature of this project.

The last four Belgians to be selected are the co-founders of BubblyDoo: Toine Habets, Grégory Goossens, Hans Otto Wirtz and Laura Pelgrims. Today, BubblyDoo is one of Europe's fastest-growing technology companies, recognised for its innovative approach to children's entertainment.

These seven young Belgians are demonstrating just how internationally engaged Belgium can be, and the extent of its innovations in fields as varied as technology, marketing, IT and fashion.
