The Belgian co-production "Emilia Perez" won four trophies, and "Flow", another Belgian co-production, took home the Golden Globe for best animated film.

After causing a sensation at Cannes, the film "Emilia Perez" dominated the Golden Globes ceremony. This musical comedy by Jacques Audiard, co-produced by the Dardenne brothers' production company, won four trophies, including the most coveted one for best film in the musical or comedy category.

In addition to the main award, this musical odyssey about the gender transition of a Mexican drug trafficker won the awards for best international film, best supporting actress for Zoe Saldaña, and best song for French artists Camille and Clément Ducol, who composed the soundtrack.

Another Belgian co-production triumphed at the Golden Globes. "Flow" won the Golden Globe for best animated film. Directed by Latvian Gints Zilbalodis, this silent animated film features a cat that wakes up in a world submerged under water, where all human life seems to have disappeared. It finds refuge on a boat with a group of other animals. But getting along with them proves even more challenging than overcoming a fear of water.

These are outstanding accolades for film productions made in Belgium!
