An immersive and poetic festival of lights in the streets of Brussels
From 13 to 16 February 2025, the 9th edition of the Bright Festival will be taking place in Brussels, a light show open to all and combining science and new technologies. It is sure to be a feast for the eyes.

In 2024, over 500,000 visitors enjoyed this unique experience in the streets of the capital, 100,000 more than in 2023. Every year, the event attracts more and more people from Brussels and beyond. Some tourists even take advantage of their stay in Brussels to take part in this not-to-be-missed event, a chance to see the capital by day and by night.
In collaboration with Belgian and international artists, the show features more than 20 light installations in two popular areas of Brussels: the European Quarter and the Royal Quarter. But the Bright Festival is not just about light, it is also about museum activities, guided tours and even a shopping spree in some of the shops that are open in the evenings for the occasion. There is also Bright Kids, a fun zone dedicated to children –this way, there is something for all ages. A new feature of this 9th edition of the Bright Festival in Brussels will be access to the esplanade of the administrative centre, offering a beautiful panorama of the festival.
Along the way, you will have the chance to discover or rediscover a number of iconic sites, including the Pavillon des Passions Humaines, Saints-Michel-et-Gudule Cathedral, the Brussels Park and the House of European History.
Bright Festival, a multi-sensory Belgian experience not to be missed.
