The television programme known as “Sorry voor alles” (Sorry About That) has been successful in winning prizes at two international festivals. At the New York Festival it took the ‘Gold World Medal’ in the category "Entertainment and family programme". Meanwhile, at the World Media Festival in Hamburg, the programme won the ‘Silver Intermedia Global Award’.

The programme “Sorry voor alles” was aired on channel Eén, the first net in the Flemish public television broadcasting service VRT. It involved monitoring a normal and unsuspecting Flemish person for an entire month using a hidden camera. Close family, colleagues, friends and Flemish celebrities involved in the conspiracy caused the person to end up in all kinds of strange situations.

The World Media Festival, held annually in Hamburg, recognises the best modern international productions in various branches of the media. Similarly, each year the New York Festival gives prizes to programmes from all over the world.
