Under a four-hectare glass roof, the famous Pairi Daiza animal park now offers a unique tropical world where you can encounter fascinating animals.

It took five years of work to create this tropical world under a four-hectare glass roof. In this setting, called Edenya, a majestic waterfall, crystal-clear rivers, a lively jungle and a sun-drenched beach await visitors, who are immersed in an experience where every step reveals a unique landscape that is both striking and deeply inspiring.

At the heart of this new world, Pairi Daiza presents an exceptional collection of 435 ancient objects, minerals and fossils, silent witnesses to a fascinating and mysterious geology. Among them, the stone statues of the San Agustín civilisation (Colombia) offer a direct link to ancestral beliefs and knowledge. Crystals, carved rocks and rare fossils invite visitors on a journey, where each mineral fragment reveals a chapter in the profound history of Latin America and the world of Edenya.

This tenth themed world, and the first to be fully covered, is home to rare and fascinating animals. Among them is the jaguar, a powerful and solitary feline with jaws capable of taking down prey much heavier than itself. The manatee, sometimes called the ‘sea cow’, will also be on display, as will dwarf hippos resting in the water.

Edenya is therefore the largest zoological ecosystem ever created.
