Belgian startup is popular overseas
A Belgian start-up that uses AI technology to combat market abuse is growing increasingly popular abroad.
The company based in Nivelles (in the province of Walloon Brabant) has applied principles from a very different kind of field – before she launched her startup, this company’s CEO was specialising in cancer tissue characterisation in ultrasound imaging – to “develop a unique Pro-active AI technology and Platform”.
It goes without saying that the market intelligence that comes with such technology would be highly sought after, and their anti-money-laundering detection system as well.
A few years ago, the company (named Features Analytics) was among the top ten finalists out of several hundred applicants for a competition that aims to bridge the gap in venture capital when it comes to enterprise tech companies led by women, and they have just partnered up with an important authority in market abuse surveillance.
Congratulations to this Belgian startup for the international recognition.
