Ghelamco is a property developer from Ypres that has carved out a name for itself in the property landscape. It is a Belgian company that works primarily in Eastern Europe.

It is active in Ukraine, Russia, France and Belgium, but it is in Poland that it encounters the greatest success. It is mainly known for the Warsaw Spire, a complex of three buildings. The main building is a 49-floor tower that is 220 metres high, making it one of the tallest buildings in the European Union. The other two buildings are 55 metres high.

In Poland, Ghelamco is also known for having created the Plac Europejski. This is a 1.5 hectare luxury urban space that is now a very popular meeting place for the Polish people. The Warsaw HUB is a large multifunctional complex that comprises three skyscrapers, which the company plans to develop further in the future. But Ghelamco does not plan to stop there. It is currently building a 45-floor building that is more than 200 metres high. This current project is called Warsaw Unit and is already attracting a large number of clients.

The property developer owes its success to its luxury, environmentally-friendly buildings. They are also popular with prestigious clients and international companies. Ghelamco has won a number of prizes, some ten of them for the Warsaw Spire.  In 2019, it won three prizes at the Eurobuild Awards.
