Did you know that the Belgian passport is the fourth most accepted passport in the world?

Holders of a Belgian passport can freely travel to 174 countries without having to apply for a visa. This ranks Belgium in fourth place, together with Denmark, the Netherlands and the United States.

The ranking is topped by Germany: holders of a German passport can cross 177 different national borders. Sweden comes in second place, allowing holders of a Swedish passport to access 176 countries. Finland, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom share third place, allowing holders to freely visit 175 countries.

Afghanistan is all the way at the bottom of the list. Afghan citizens can only travel to 29 countries without a visa.
